Weve and digital promotions company Eagle Eye Solutions are to launch an exciting new shopping experience which will allow consumers to redeem offers straight from their smartphone.  The coupons system  or ‘smart scanner’ was developed by Weve in partnership with SaaS software company Eagle Eye Solutions, which specialises in the real-time validation and redemption of digital promotions.

Weve simply seAsda_McCain-press-images-v2nds a text message to customers, on behalf of the advertiser, with details of the offer and a link to the coupon. Once customers click on the link, they are taken to a barcode, generated by Eagle Eye, to scan at the checkout directly from their mobile, to redeem the coupon immediately.

An exciting partnership between Vevo and Warner Music Group has been announced as they enter into a new licensing agreement which will see videos from Warner artists distributed on Vevo properties including the Vevo mobile app and Vevo.com. Both partners have expressed a shared vision of putting artists first and creating a platform that does justice to the musicd3f93c0ae374a9412f29ce535d68aac4 it shares.

The move comes as Vevo announce a company wide reboot aimed at facilitating long–term growth for the firm. Earlier this month, they underwent a redesign in which it slightly altered its logo and promised a more in-depth experience for its app users. Exciting times ahead!
